I am an Air Force Veteran, retiring out of MacDill AFB as their Installation/6 ARW Command Chief Master Sergeant after 30 years of service. I have over two decades of federal HR experience, serving in various leadership roles and honing my technical knowledge of HR competencies. Prior to joining, I also completed Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship serving as the Chief People Officer at Paragon Cyber Solutions. I have led workforce development operations for numerous employment programs for service members and their spouses. My enterprise-wide partnerships, consulting and advisement emphasize strategic planning, policy development, budget management, and employee programs influencing decision-making to optimizing workforce performance. I have an MBA in Organizational Leadership and my Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
