Jenny Casson, Olympic Rower
Jenny Casson is a two-time Canadian Olympian, world-record-holding rower, and emerging leader in human-centered business transformation. After nearly a decade competing at the highest level of sport, Jenny has translated the discipline, resilience, and high-performance mindset of Olympic training into the world of industry and innovation.
She previously co-founded Daylilie, where she helped build early brand momentum, community engagement, and strategic partnerships in the women’s apparel space. Today, Jenny works in business development at Imubit, an industrial AI platform helping industry leaders discover optimization opportunities once thought too complex to solve.
Known for her candid storytelling and practical insights, Jenny speaks to young professionals about navigating nonlinear careers, building credibility without a traditional path, and leading under pressure. Her perspective is grounded in one core belief: success is rarely about choosing the “right” path, it’s about how intentionally and courageously you walk it.
In this facilitated conversation, Jenny will share lessons from elite sport, startup building, and corporate innovation to spark reflection, confidence, and momentum for the next generation of leaders.
