Dotti Groover-Skipper
Founder + Chief Executive Officer, HeartDance Foundation
2024 STCOC Citizen of the Year
Dotti Groover–Skipper believes in dynamic living through servant leadership! Since graduating from the University of South Florida, she has facilitated expert programming to impact positive policy change in substance use and sex trade. She is founder of HeartDance Foundation, serving men, women and children trapped in, and in recovery from, sexual exploitation. Megan Rose
Chief Executive Officer, Better Together
Megan came to understand the value of empowering families with support and resources through her own journey. When she was young, her father went through recovery and the family was split apart. He was able to get healthy, while strangers came alongside her family and showered them with support. Soon, her parents and family reunited. Those powerful lessons of compassion were the early inspiration for a life and career dedicated to the calling of strengthening families and reminding people of their dignity, worth, and value. Stuart P Sullivan
Chief Development Officer, Shriner's Hospitals
Stuart Sullivan is Chief Development Officer for Shriners Hospitals for Children. At Shriners he leads a team of 150 staff raising funds to support the SHC health system providing care for over 145,000 patients annually across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
