Deal Killers: How to See Major Defects Before Contracting a Home.
This presentation will go over some “deal killers,” that real estate agents should be aware of before having their clients spend money on inspections, appraisals, and other one time up-front fees.
Beryl’s Principal Project Manager is Leo Cannyn, PMP, P.E. Cannyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology. Cannyn holds a State of Florida license in Engineering and Home Inspection, an Infrared Certified Professional Designation from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and is on the HUD FHA and 203k consultant rosters.
Cannyn brings fifteen years of experience in planning, implementing, and overseeing capital projects for condominiums, municipalities and state agencies. Notable projects included managing the contract administration of a 456 condominium restoration program, a $110 million water plant, and a $14 million dollar prison expansion performing visual inspections for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
